ipfw2 panic: free: multiple frees in lookup_dyn_rule

Hello.

I would just like to add a "me too" on this report:

The box (4.8-p25) has been running as a 3-way bridge/firewall for over 
200 days without crashing, so it will probably be hard to reproduce. I 
have full crash dumps w/debug kernel, though.

I couldn't find a PR for this, neither could I find any fixes in the cvs 
repository. Should I file a new PR?
