limiting bandwith

Hi, Luigi & List:
Pardon me for tagging along on this thread, but my question is somewhat
related.

Being a newbie to using dummynet, I haven't yet figured how to chose &
apply the proper "weight" which ranges from 1-100. The man pages are very
brief on this and I haven't seen anything else in my searches.

Any tips appreciated....
