Device hints to put mlx4 on IB mode

Hello Justin,

I’m actually building a server-only appliance based on Infiniband on IB Mode for storage network. So the compute nodes isn’t part of the problem.

So the problem here is cosmetical, as I said. Dumping error messages every boot is just ugly.
