i386/81082: [ata] [acd] Failure to detect Pioneer CD drive on Intel ICH UDMA66 controller

I don't know, the particular systems are in production and
I can't tear into them.  However I have had similar problems with
Compaq Deskpros which have the same Intel controller in them.
I can run a test with the current FreeBSD and one of the Compaqs
in a few days and post the results to the PR
