i386/104473: boot loader reboots before loading kernel

 I recently upgraded hardware : motherboard to ASUS P5PE-VM on i865 chipset
 
 But the problem still appears, could anybody please come with a solution?
 
 For now I'm just using old loader from 6.1-PRERELEASE, which works great with
 my custom kernel and generic one.
