I have pages of this error in my log file:

Aug 13 23:01:41 host84 named[151]: could not listen on UDP socket: 
permission denied
Aug 13 23:01:41 host84 named[151]: creating IPv4 interface fxp0 failed; 
interface ignored

Any ideas what this is all about??
