appearently ipfw on 5.3-R count do not count outgoing traffic

0100  0       0             count ip from any to 200.170.143.195 via wi0
0200  2179 539153   count ip from 200.170.143.195 to any via wi0

recv/xmit instead of via does not make a difference. Using another Interface 
as xl0|rl0 also not.
