Ukrainian mirrors zone needs to move

Hi,
it's happening that the traditional ua.freebsd.org master site
(ns.lucky.net) can't anymore allow administration of the zone.
And there are already incorrect entries (dead mirrors) and lack of
newer ones.
What is a procedure to change NSes and contact?
I have been the current zone maintainer for last ~10 years, still
reachable with officially known email (freebsd-mnt at lucky.net) but it's
unknown how long it will be working.
