Hot Plug CPU / Hot Add RAM

I am not sure about main boards, some old sun boxes used to support that.
But for now,I am considering freebsd running as guest in ESX. ESX has hot plug cpu and hot add memory feature.
I am trying to leverage these features with FreeBSD.

Are there

(1) Main boards which accept hot plug CPU or Memory ,
(2) CPUs .
(3) Memories

that it is possible to hot plug them ?
