Soekris vpn1401 support

Hello everyone. I'm about to buy Soekris vpn1401 crypto accelerator for
my FreeBSD box.

I was wondering would it work with AES-XTS 256 geom_geli?
I know it works for AES 256, but does that means XTS or CBC or it
doesn't matter?
