Matrox G550 PCIe Acceleration?

Did anybody manage to use acceleration on
this PCI Express x1 video card?

If so, how?

Loading mga.ko and drm.ko gives:

error: [drm:pid0:drm_load] *ERROR* Card isn't AGP, or couldn't initialize AGP.
device_attach: drm0 attach returned 12

As the card isn't AGP the error message seems
appropriate. Does this mean no accel for me?
