7.1 does not boot on GA-MA770-GS3 (rev. 2.0), but works fine on rev. 1.0?

thanks Eirik for suggestion, unfortunately I cannot test warm-booting because 
I have sent this MB back to dealer already.

However, some additional info:

when FreeBSD 7.1 (either i386 or amd64) hangs on boot and if I wait long 
enough I get following messages:

Not much helpful to me, but hopefully will help somebody to skip purchasing 
this mobo... at least until first BIOS update will be released...
