acd0: FAILURE - READ_BIG timed out

I'm sure it doesn't help, but I've got a system with a cd-r drive
that's on it's way to dead (but not quite there), and I get the exact
same errors. I've also had it on bad harddisks...must be a pretty
non-specific error.
