Mouse wheel on ums0

This is fixed in -HEAD.  The moused that 5.3 starts up is started by usbd from 
usbd.conf.  Just edit usbd.conf to add '-z 4' to the moused line in the 
section that invokes moused.  That's what I did before 6.0 changed usb mice 
to use /etc/rc.d/moused.
