ASUS P5GD2: onboard Marvell GigE chipset support

Hello,

Does anyone have any success stories with the onboard GigE controller
on the ASUS P5GD2 motherboard?

Marvell 88E8053 PCI Express Gigabit LAN controller

ISTR reading somewhere that the sk driver should support this.  I just
installed -CURRENT, and there's not joy.  Is anyone working on this
controller?
