Tyan Tiger mpx PCI slot

Hi, all
I'm new to this list. I have some questions about Tiger MPX
mother board. I would appreciate any help.

Tyan Tiger MPX have 2x 64bit PCI slots and
4x 32bit PCI slots.
I would like to configure a fasttrak card and 4 Giga bit Ether card
on it. Is it possible physically? I'm afraid of conflict or Bus Master
issue. And Is there anyone who tried it?
