Committing a few "Accepted" patches (categories: ipfw/netgraph)

Hi freebsd-hackers@,

I have two patches on Phabricator that are in an "Accepted" state:

  * https://reviews.freebsd.org/D23477 (netgraph: If queue is full, don't 
enqueue in ng_source_rcvdata())

  * https://reviews.freebsd.org/D23448 (ipfw: Add missing mention of RFC 
6598/Carrier Grade NAT in ipfw_config_nat())

Would someone please be able to commit these?
