src committer to push through approved patch: D18908

Hi all,

What is the process to have an approved patch merged into the src tree?
I have D18908 listed as "Accepted", but the reviewer informed me that he does not have the ability to merge to the src tree. Please let me know what I need to do next.

Pardon my lack of knowledge of the process.
