Bhyve backend for OpenStack

The best option is to run OS inside of bhyve guests running linux... it
would take significant work to make nova run on FreeBSD for example...
there are a few other possible options for clouding a FreeBSD host... see a
forthcoming issue of BSD Magazine for details
