[patch] kqueue support for /dev/klog

Hello,

one pr ( http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/156423 )
contains request to add kqueue support to /dev/klog.

Assuming that this is a desirable feature, how about this patch (based
on audit pipe's code):

Tested with this trivial program:
http://student.agh.edu.pl/~mjguzik/kqread.c
