New "libc" project libposix

I think that a lot of compliance depends on the kernel - you can't solve
those in libc.

Another thing: are you starting from scratch or using an existing libc?
I imagine that using e.g. FreeBSD's libc and fixing compatiblity issues
will make your whole project complete significantly faster.
