i will mfc it in one week (just like the commit comment says). i can mfc 
it earlier providing that enough people try it and confirm that it fixes 
the problem.

there should be no problem with mfc'ing it, imo. the patch is a minor 
hack and makes kbdmux(4) explicitly poll slave keyboards in "polled" 
mode only.
