No I think his problem is using the server he has specified
 		"cvsup.id.FreeBSD.org"
change ".id." to a different country instead.
sed s/\.id\./\.us\./g

Since there is only one server listed in that country more then likely
OOOOH NO "Its dead!" Try another.
