libarchive/bsdtar snapshot available

A fairly complete snapshot of libarchive and bsdtar,
including source code, complete documentation, and
some background about why I'm doing this and what
I hope to accomplish is now available:

It needs a lot of testing still, but is getting to the
point that someone other than me should be able to
make sense of it.  ;-)
