dd to floppies broken?

This does do it (thanks!), but I had to remove the 'bs=8192' clause
for it to work.  Hence:

  dd of=/dev/fd0 if=memtest86-3.0/precomp.bin conv=osync

Does indeed work.  Thanks a bunch; I would have assumed that
block-padding would not have been an issue...
