Hello,

an update to 3.38.0

Changelog:

- Fix segfault when using META_DEBUG_NO_SHADOW=0. (#12)
- New “compositor” setting and commandline option. (!15)
- Updated translations.

While here also fixed the portlint warning: "USES" has to appear earlier.
