Dear gnome,

I am trying to build link-grammar-5.7.0 on a SunBlade 100 running 
FreeBSD 12.1. Here is the first line of the Makefile:

# $FreeBSD: head/textproc/link-grammar/Makefile 520993 2019-12-27 
15:23:35Z bapt $

This build fails with the error:

link-grammar-5.7.0: Makefile error: "" is not a valid value for 
JAVA_VERSION. It should be one or more of: 7 8 11 12 13 14 (with an 
optional "+" suffix.)
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make[1]: stopped in /usr/ports/textproc/link-grammar
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/ports/textproc/link-grammar


But there is nowhere in the Makefile where JAVA_VERSION is being 
defined... Am I missing something? Thanks for your help.
