x11-toolkits/py-gtk2 is not coming back into the ports tree. Python 2 is
getting removed entirely by the end of this calendar year, so don't
bother with anything Python 2 anymore.

Please see PR 249329, where I have a mostly-working CHIRP running on
Python 3. It's a stopgap until some more heavy work (upstream, mind you)
can be done.
