gimp-app depending on alsa-lib

Hello,

I'm trying to port as much apps to use OSS as sound system instead of
ALSA, JACK or PulseAudio, and I noticed that graphics/gimp-app depends on
alsa-lib. I compiled it without alsa-lib and gimp itself is working. I'm
wondering, why is alsa needed for graphical application? I would suggest
removing that dependency, but I want to understand the implications,
first.

Regards,
