Hello,

I tried to update x11-toolkits/pango to the latest version and it fails to
build with the attached error message. In my /etc/make.conf I have this

DEFAULT_VERSIONS+= perl5=5.26 php=7.2 pqsql=10 python=3.7 python3=3.7

and I would suspect that using Python 3.7 is related to this issue.
