Seems difficult to test the exact scenario at this point, but I've updated
harfbuzz via pkg several times and the link is always there, and there's
nothing port specific about the link creation AFAIK. Perhaps there was some bug
in an older version of pkg, I'm not sure. Anyway, at this point, I think it's
safe to close this bug. Please re-open if needed.
