glib20 port is depended upon by many ports so thorough testing is needed, and
should be performed by people confident with the tested port.

Apart from this I'm not in the gnome group, so to commit to this port I would
anyway need gnome group approval. Otherwise gnome group members can commit
this, once they are confident it does not break anything in the many ports glib
is depended from.

Please allow time for testing an evaluating to all involved parties.
