Additionally:
* Added the license.
* Made EDITLINE a default (according to configure.ac)
* Added options SAT_SOLVER TOKENIZER VITERBI.
 - each is broken, either completely or partially
* Added the comment that USES=autoreconf is only there due to a bug.
