I submitted a request to the GitHub repo issues to update the COPYING file or
the README.md file but I still feel at this current point my LICENSE field is
valid as it references the COPYING file which is also directly referenced in
the README.md

When it comes to licenses, one should never assume as it can lead to a gray
area.
