patch-xdg-user-dirs-update-gnome

The following patch run xdg-user-dirs-update to create various XDG directories,
and write ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs, etc. That file is read by glib to get
XDG_PICTURES_DIR, XDG_DESKTOP_DIR, etc.
