Any hope of commits for libgweather and libmateweather?

Fixes for libgweather (
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=212123) and
libmateweather (https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=212243)
have been pending for almost a month waiting for maintainer approval. (Same
patch, except for line numbers for both.) This was a trivial fix due to NWS
moving to a new web structure and decommissioning the old servers.
