intltool

Hi there,

As instructed by the error message I get when I try to update
textproc/intltool on FreeBSD, I would like to inform you that the update
has failed. It also instructs me to attach a log, put I believe it failed
simply because perl has been bumped to 5.20.3_8 and the configure script
requires the perl version to be between 5.8.1 and 5.20.3.

If you still need the log, I will provide that of course.
