Third attempt: remove useless section in ports/Mk/bsd.mate.mk

Hello folks,

It's the third time that I try to tell you to remove a forgotten section 
in ports/Mk/bsd.mate.mk. I did it with my personal address 
markand at malikania.fr but I guess it felt under your spam folder. So I 
try to recall you for the last time :

It's not really important, but there is a section to remove in 
bsd.mate.mk see :
