Bug 195567: x11-toolkits/pango: fix packaging

fix pango packaging

x11-toolkits/pango fails in poudriere, because in it's Makefile it creates an
empty ${PREFIX}/etc/pango directory, but there is no corresponding pkg-plist
entry for that.

Fix couple of missed tabulations, while here.
