The following file was while being old.
$HOME/.config/autostart/gnome-settings-daemon.desktop

It was copied from the following place.
/usr/local/etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-settings-daemon.desktop


gnome-settings-daemon.desktop is

Exec=/usr/local/libexec/gnome-settings-daemon-localeexec

<Mistake>
