graphics/gegl port -- missing DOCS in OPTIONS_DEFINE

The graphics/gegl port uses the DOCS option, but does not list it in
OPTIONS_DEFINE.  Because of this, I could not disable the DOCS option
(via the dialog) and its dependency on vimdot.
