Max said that if QT4 option enable will causing circular dependency. Close
this PR until you find the solution. If you want my honest opinion. I think
it's silly for cairo to depend on any of GUI toolkit. It is supposed to be
in other way for example QT4 depend on cairo makes a lot sense than cairo
-> QT4.
