Ports gnome-shell. vp8 doesn't work for powerpc

Yes, remove the vp8 from USE_GSTREAMER. I think it should be add as
optional, but I will need to check and test it first for optional
stuff. The vp8 is for Screencast Recording desktop[1]. Not many users
will use it since it's pretty hide feature.
