I'm currently trying a source build with gst-plugins-base-0.10.32 from freedesktop.org. If the build is successful and videoscale is included, I'll report such. Build machine is Quicksilver G4 933MHz 7455 PPC processor, 1.5G RAM, FreeBSD-9.0-CURRENT.
