There are a few problems with the commit.   The port is broken right now due 
to a few typos.  I have attached a diff to fix what I think should be changed.

1. Popt is not required or used...it might be linked to, but that is indirect
2. USE_XORG line should be removed.  Xpm is not linked to and x11 is implied
3. Typo s/PORSTDIR/PORTSDIR
4. Rework the check for libgwengui-gtk2.  I suggest using IGNORE instead of 
BROKEN and checking whether we are using AQBANKING or not.  I omitted the 
library version since these tests often get missed during shlib bumps.
5. Fix whitespace issues
