Quick fix for building x11-toolkits/gtk30 on sparc64

I want to add that the method does not create a local package.
What had happened was the patches would either reverse or not apply
properly even when using -k on the command line.

I don't know where in the Makefile the configure arguments from the
first post would go; but, it does create
/usr/local/share/gir-1.0/Gtk-3.0.gir .
