Hi, since many people are missing the XDMCP feature in gdm-2.24: How about using # Xorg -query <remote-IP-address> :<display-number> [Mind you have to set display-number to something different from default 0 , p.ex. 1 or 2 , if you are calling from inside a running Xorg]. Works with xorg-7.4 . Greetings Uli.
