gtk-2.8.14 range widget & mouse wheel bug

Indeed, saving my packages with pkg_create and down-grading gtk20 broke
more things than I expected.  I don't think the wheel+range bug is
FreeBSD specific.  I'll open a bug with GNOME's Bugzilla, thanks :)
