devel/glib20 depends on PCRE >= 7.2 but does not specify version in Makefile

Did you read in /usr/ports/UPDATING? You must update with portupgrade or  
portmaster that should update your pcre. We have pcre 7.6 in ports tree  
since Feb 2008 and 7.4 since Oct 2007.
