I myself hasn't had your problem but it's *always* a good try to
search the web for a solution, usualy your not alone with the
problem. I tried to search and found this:

It says:

# cd /usr/ports/lang/python && make upgrade-site-packages
resolves the problem"...

Is this what you have been done?, when you say that you have done "all".

I think the error arises when a bad Python 2.4->2.5 upgrade
has been done.
